Think about something else? =P Sometimes writing everything out including possible outcomes helps. Deep breathing if you are throwing yourself into a panic. Also listening to music tends to relax people. Meditation...playing a game...really whatever works for you.

A former co-worker of mine swore by professional massages. She paid $30-$50 depending on where she went. There are reputable spa's and therapy businesses that offer this service without other "benefits". She would get one once a month and said that it totally reset her frame of mind and allowed her to relax.
