It was the first and last time it ever happened. I was 7 and staying the weekend at my Grandmother's. I remember the day well 'cause it was a traumatic experience for me at the time. I had a wonderful day of playing with the kids in the neighborhood and then late at night I woke up extremely sick with "projectile vomiting" that came out of my nose repeatedly :(

Yes. When I was trying to hold my hand over my mouth and clamp my jaws shut so I could make it to the toilet. It came up anyways and started blowing chunks out of my nose. It was painful and the smell afterwards was horrible. It made me cry!

This is very funny. I've never heard of anything like that until about 6 hours ago when my hubby came running into the kitchen saying he vommitted out his nose. I thought he was crazy. Now I log on and see this question. I certainly don't want that to happen to me.

Yes!! Everytime I vomit some comes out of my nose also! Why??? It sucks! That's how I found this post because I'm trying to figure out how to stop thus horrible phenomenon!

yes was awful my throat had swollen closed to the best of my knowledge so when came back up it was through my nose because could not go down my throat......was awful, thank god for moms.. +5
