You can't, infinity is not really a number so much as a mathematical concept. It isn't like counting to a thousand, or a million or even a googol - it is bigger than anything you can conceive. It is a bit like asking "how long would I have to wait for eternity to end?"

Start with one, then continue on for eternity. Counting to infinity isn't impossible, but finishing counting to infinity is :)
