Help answer this question below.

I own a 1998 Ford Contour, when driving highway speed (60-65 mph) the car will suddenly lose power. When gas pedal is released vehicle gets a sudden boost of power. Replaced fuel filter, oxygen sensor. Also had catalytic converter checked and nothing.
