If a freshly caught squid is refrigerated for 10 hours and then is left outside in a car overnight at 6 - 8 degrees celsius for approx 10 hours (by mistake, obviously) and then refrigerated again for 10 hours, will it still be safe to eat??? I'm hungry!!!

Tell me which hospital you are in after you eat it and I will send flowers.lol. It's not worth the risk with anything fishy or poultry :o)

    Maybe, but I wouldn't risk it. 6-8 degrees C. is about 45 degrees F. So I wouldn't risk it.
