  • Oh, all kinds of yeah. The state can prosecute you for buying tobacco products for minors, and your son can get expelled easy. The family of the boy with oral cancer can sue you for all you're worth, easily. You, your kid, and your kid's friend are all screwed, congratulations.
  • Yes, but a lot of physical evidence will be required, before an arrest can be made. You will need proof. This is both criminal and civil, in nature. The criminal part, appears that the parents are contributing to their minor son, by purchasing a tobacco product, for their son, who in turn, shares it with a friend. The police and a civil attorney will need to be involved. Someone will have to make a police report. but, do not call the police, unless their is proof.
  • I would be more concerned about the inevitable lawsuite that's coming your way.
