  • No. I would feel guilty if I were causing harm. I don't drive faster than it is safe, considering the road conditions, my alertness and the condition of the vehicle I’m driving. If I get pulled over, I deserve it, because I should be aware enough of my surroundings to notice a new vehicle and slow down for its safety.
  • I don't feel guilty about it,and have asked a police man about one of the true motives for giving tickets.He told me that the municipality required the police to give a certain amount of tickets out each year.It is almost like a salesman getting their sales quota.So the bottom line is not public safety only,but tax dollars.I have seen,many times seen people driving 6 miles an hour over the speed limit in urban countryside with no houses in sight for miles getting tickets.
