  • round up a heap of big guys and go get your bike back. then take to a qualified, registered tradesperson.
  • Call you local Police dept. tell them the history of the situation. They might escort you to get it back. If that fails do like the other guy said and get a hand full of your bigest friends and go get it back! also file a complaint with the better buisness bureau against this outfit.
  • It depends. If there's been work done on the bike and you take it back, that's theft of services. Please tell me you have an estimate that outlines the repair and time frame of this job. If not, you can try the police but this is really a civil issue and most cops won't touch it. You best route is to file a small claims suit against the person. Being served has a way of getting people to return phone calls. Even if he doesn't, you can see him in court and demand the bike back. Good luck.
  • Call the Police
  • You need to call the cops and meet them there with your title. They should help you sort it out with the owner. If you just go and yank it the shop owner could file a Mechanic's Lien against you and you'd probably have to pay it.
  • Set the house on fire I'm sure somone will come out of that house!
