Take it from a girl who, unfortunately, was called 'Oompa Loompa'in High School, finding the RIGHT shade of base is important. TIP #1: Don't buy cheap makeup!! You can get away with cheap mascara and lipstick- but base is WAY too important for CoverGirl. Go to the counter and ask a professional to help.
