It will be straight-forward but NONE. Liquid diets are short term with little success. If you plan to lose weight and keep it away; you have to stick to a healthy diet (yes i know..it is what everybody says but it is true). I lost around 95 pounds (42 kg) in a year with "clean" foods and committed exercise. I didnt follow any kind of diet. I ate what i want but limited to natural foods. Believe me, I was a junk food addicted person and now i even can't eat them. Don't forget, you have to solve the problem in your head then start your plan. They all work but the problem is keeping it off. I lost 4st on Cambridge a couple of years ago and regained it all because I went back to my old habits. If you are disciplined enough to work at keeping it off afterwards they are a quick fix .... took me less than 3 months to lose 56lbs. Good luck whatever you decide. X
