I'm a peanut person, but I've been told you're not suppose to have too many. I also eat oatmeal, because it provides me with energy and keeps me full longer. I love all kinds of fruit, mostly fresh and I like granola cereal, but not so much the bars.

Fruits - oranges, strawberries, grapes, peaches, plums, pineapples. Raw vegetables with some ranch dip - peppers, carrots, broccoli. I love the granola and yogurt too.

baby carrots.. they are not really baby... they are big carrots that are shaved down to look like baby ones.

if u crave sweets have a teaspoon full of organic honey, instead of ice cream have sorbet. put almonds in iced cold water leave them overnight and peel the skin of they taste great.

Hummus! I love it, I eat a rediculous ammount. To make it healthy eat it w/ healthy crackers or tortillas and w/o olive oil. yum!

I like carrots, broccoli sprigs, V8 juice, and Chex cereal minus the nut and pretzel mix.

For summer I love organic fruit. Besides the environmental and health benefits of organic fruit, there's less need to rinse it off because there isn't any pesticide residue on it. Because of that organic blueberries, blackberries, cherries, grapes, and apricots are convenient, very healthful, and refreshing snacks.

on health kick myself lost 3 stone in 6 weeks lots of cycleling and salads and when get craving eat celery
