And what is your question? You bought a rabbit from a store that sells reptiles - did it not occur to you that maybe they were feeder rabbits and not really bred to be pets? Was there any guarantee on their temperament when you purchased them? If you are not satisfied, any reputable pet store will take the animal back and refund your money.

The funny thing is, they are feeder rabbits and the pet store closed down a week after I bought the rabbits. I bought them to save them from being fed.

Like I said in the other question. Keep them separated. And the best thing to do is if they are going to be kept as pets is to Spay and neuter them both. THey make much better pets this way and will be nicer to each other, and you. They growl, bite and fight much much less. I don't think unnuetered/unspayed rabbits make good pets compared to the ones that aren't thinking about reproducing all the time.

ok grandma roses how about we lose the attitude? She specifically said she BOUGHT THEM TO SAVE THEM YOU MORON. To answer your "statement", you dont need to return your bunny. Thats the stupidest thing i have ever heard. Pet stores cannot guarantee personality. NONE. You need to fix your rabbits to make them better pets as the guy above said. I have two bunnies EXACTLY like you. one is loving and nice the other grunts and chews. Have you tried littertraining. They catch on quite fast. as for the pulling of fur out of the nice bunny my bunny does this too but only becasue she is trying to make a nest cuz she thinks she is pregnant. They dont do it to be mean. If your bunnies really hated each other they would have fought to the death. There is always an alpha bunny just like dogs and ur mean one is prolly the boss type. Keep them seperate and in the same room so they can have their own space but still get to know each other. I think it was really great of you to rescue the bunnies from being feeders I commend you. Keep them both. They arent clothes, u cant just return them, when u bought them u were agreeing to taking care of them and their needs. I m sure if you get ur rabbit fixed she will not be so aggressive and have a lot of potential to be loving to you and your other bunny. the scratching and chewing of carpets and whatnot is because rabbits have the instinct to burrow and make homes and their teeth continue to grow so they need to chew to keep them from overgrowing. I give my bunnies wooden chew toys and toilet paper rolls to keep them busy in their cages. Make sure you give each rabbit equal time out of the cage- if u don't feel comfortable to let them out at the same time then let them out for equal amounts of time. There is bitter apple spray you can buy and spray on ur carpets that don't have any colour or odour and ur rabbit will not want to chew it cuz they hate it. As i said before get a litter box. I hope this helps you please let me know how this goes.:)

Ahh it sounds like u have a male bunny. Some people call this spraying, i witness squirting or just regular ol' peeing onm an angel. The first thing u have to do is get a decent sized litterbox. You can get one of those corner ones or a box one whichever u prefer. I m pretty most pet stores sell the recycled paper litter, its cat litter and its in the shape of pellets and is called Enviro Scoops. Its in a bag that looks like a bag you put ur leaves in after you rake them. It is environmentally friendly and does a really good job with hiding the odour. Secondly, find a spot where they like to go in their cage, its usually a corner- i just put mine in a corner near the door of the cage. ( mine are in a huge dog crate in the spare room.) everytime u notice pooballs outside or inside the cage scoop them with one of those little dust pans u can get at the dollar store and place them in the box. Do the same with some woodchips that they have peed on. They will catch on after a while and relaize this is the place to go to the washroom. Neutering also fixes this problem indefinatly. Thumper did the same thing and as soon as he got fixed he stopped. Once they catch on u can take the box and place them in different rooms and they will use them but only when they are ready sincde they are young it may take a couple weeks. Let me know if u have any more questions!
