Try searching google!!!
I found a site that only lists 'browsers'. Go to http://www.freeware-guide.com/dir/internet/browsers.html for a list of just free web browsers. Unless you're completely new to the idea of using an alternative browser, you might like to know that the most popular (Windows) browsers are (in no particular order) Firefox, Mozilla and Opera. They each have their strengths, so research before you choose. Unless you just want to try them all.
Try going to http://www.versiontracker.com/, make sure that the correct OS is selected, do a search for "web browser", and then take you pick.

I found an installer(offline) for Google Chrome browser. Why doesn't Chrome just
have one as part of the application? The app worked fine.
