My daughter when she was about a year old was in her crib and she figured out how to take off her diaper. She had crapped and was playing in it when I walked into her room to get her up. There was poop all over her crib, poop handprints on the wall, and she was covered. LOL its funny now, but it wasn't then. I have a weak stomach in the mornings...

i put my daughter (them 18months) in bed with me for the night and woke up to find that she had diaherra in her sleep and it had oozed out of her diaper and all over everything... including me!
