Getting older? Not drinking enough water and getting dehydrated. Drinking more now than before. When I was younger I used to be able to drink quite a bit. Now that I'm in my 50's I find I can't drink as much and even a small amount and I can feel like crap the next day.

I find that it is directly related to what physical shape I am in at the time. If I'm all fat, pudgy, and dehydrated, it can get pretty bad the next morning. If I've been working out regularly for the last couple months and drink enough water, in the morning I don't even remember I was drinking unless I think about it.
