  • I have great reception over the air. However, this is because I use my curtain rod as an antenna from the top floor of my house. I got one of those adapters with the copper prongs on one end and a cable port on the other. I located a screw on my curtain rod and unscrewed it just enough to insert the copper prong under the screw. Once the copper prong was inserted, I connected a cable to the cable port and then ran it into my converter box. I receive 15 channels from the curtain rod. You don't need to remove the rod from the wall. Hope this is helpful.
