  • Anyone who were in high school and up.
  • I thought 25 was pretty old.
  • My parents were a little on the older side, but I saw all parents as being of "parent age". Of course in Junior High you think of HS kids as old; in HS college students are up there, and even in college people out in the real world are old. In my first job I saw 40-year-olds as being basically a different species. Nowadays I'm astonished that people born after 1980 are allowed to drive!!!!
  • I thought if you were in your late 30's you were ancient and now I have a 35 and 37 year old sons and I don't even want to think what that makes me!
  • I remember when I was 18 years old and in my first year of college, there was a lady that lived in the dorms who had just turned 25. I remember at the time thinking that she was just ancient. Now I laugh because I am going to be turning 30 next year!
  • When I was young my both of my great grandmothers and one of my great grandfathers were alive as were 3 grandparents. There is sonething about having a great grandmother that is 96yrs that makes everyone else seem young!
  • I'm 41 years young but my daughter whose 15 thinks that I'm in my old age. When I was young I thought 30 was over the hill. It's funny how times change, lol
  • My parents were old, and the wrinkly white haired ladies at the market were old. Now I don't see age, I see wisdom.
  • when I was young I didn't think I would live past 24..that seemed so far away!--now it is, but from the other direction.
  • I was always surrounded by grandparent and great grandparent aged people, and I didn't find them "old." Now, I am 22, and I have a cousin who thinks I could be a dinosaur.
  • When I was a kid my parents (in there twenties) were old and my grandparents (50-ish) were REALLY old. I'm 61 now and if you call me old I'll disagree.
  • I tell people this all the time. I used to think my parents were ANCIENT when they were in their 30's, and I never figured I would live that long! But, I'm 48, and it doesn't seem all that old to me anymore, LoL!
