  • sometime back i did mention it is always better the second time around.lucky lady.
  • Friends like that are so special, I have a friend that now lives in a different city and we seem to be able to do that sort of thing for each other all the time.
  • Yes I have a friend like that, and yes you are lucky. Friends like that don't come around every day.
  • So lucky. The last GOOD friend that was a chick that I could do chick things with became self centered and it ended. Be happy you are blessed with that friend!
  • Yes matter of fact she saved my life. Shortly after my sweetheart died I felt I had no reason left to live and blamed myself for her death. This friend was wise enough to recognize the signs of a person on the verge of suicide and came over the night I was about to swallow a bottle of perscription sleeping pills to end it all. She refused top go away and threatened to tell all my neighbors that I was gonna kill myself if I didn't open the door and let her in. She took the pills and flushed them along with any other stuff I could have taken to hurt myself and held me all night long and let me just cry on her shoulder. The next day she dragged me to a psychiatrist friend of hers and made me start seeing the doctor. She even went as far as calling when I had an appointment to make sure I showed up. I can never thank that friend enough for what she did for me.
  • Yes, my late best friend Fred and I alwaya seemed to be doing that with each other. It was like a gift we had. A couple of girl friends I have had over the years are great that way. Gay men and straight women are more sensitive in these areas. Sounds like a generalization, but I have always found it to be true. Yes, Lisa, you are lucky. And we are lucky to have found you also.
  • I have one now!
