Well ,this is a topic we ahve debated a lot when things have happened and again we have slept to wake when things happen again. We have to find a long term remedy instead of debating on events.We have to look at the root cause of the matter. Those things which provoke these youngsters.Finally take our chances uprooting those from its very breeding ground.
