What does it mean when my bunny is flopped out, and his nose is twitching faster than usual?

maybe it is too hot, or very tired.

some times it means there tierd to hot or just happy an enjoying them selfs they do it a lot after being out in the run

If your rabbit is flopped over and stretched out it usually means he is relaxed. By lying with his legs out, your rabbit is putting himself in a dangerous position - it takes a lot longer to get up and run away from this position than a normal sitting one. So he feels comfortable and safe in his environment. Nose-twitching in rabbits is believed to indicate how interested they are in things - the faster the nose-twitching the more interested they are. It certainly isn't a bad sign, so don't worry about it.
