http://picasa.google.com Download the Picasa image software. Really good, easy software and you can do A LOT more than convert to black and white.

i use Snapfish. its easy to use and you can pick different shades.

I use a site called Picnik. It allows you to upload and edit pictures in a variety of ways (including B&W). You don't even need to have the pictures on your PC, they can be on the web. http://www.picnik.com

picasa is very very easy to use and has a lot of other mods you can do to your pics. it's put out by google, highly recommended! ;) http://picasa.google.com/
