No, the Jews no longer sacrifice in the temple. The temple was destoyed in AD 70, and since that time no sacrifices have taken place. Both in the Torah and the Talmud, it is forbidden to bring and offer sacrifices outside of the temple. The tribe of Levi? The tribe of Levi is believed to be found. Tracing all the way back to Aaron, scientists believe they have found a unifying dna strand that will be used to determine the proper blood-line of the Levites. The temple mount (current home to the dome of the rock), is prophecied to contain the temple rebuilt during the Messianic era. Revelation 11:1-2 indicates that they both may actually stand on that mount at the same time. However impossible this may seem, it would seem to fit into the prophecied peace treaty (that marks the beginning of the tribulation) like yet another peace of a puzzle that is nearing completion.

2-26-2017 Hello? Jews don't have a temple. The Dome Of The Rock sits where the temple has to go, so there is going to be quite a kerfuffle when they decide to build it. They are carefully keeping track of all members of the tribes of Judah, Benjamin, and Levi specifically for that purpose.
