Why aren't some religious people more forgiving, given that this is what is taught in their texts?

He that is fogiven much forgives much! Perhaps they have not experienced forgiveness or they are just plain hypocrites?

religious people will forget that GOD has forgiven them and should forgive others for their faults. people can become self righteous of themselves by not continuing to practice forgiveness. this is a commandment of God to forgive 7x7x7x7 this is an endless number. how can anyone expect GOD to forgive them if they cannot forgive others. religious people must practice humility and meeknes in order to be able to forgive. once they understand that only GOD is righteous then can they learn to forgive, remember they are accountable to GOD for their actions.
