combine the answers that PT_grl08 and DisEnchanted gave you and you have a pretty good prescription. If you go to the gym, make sure you take along the antibacterial hand cleaner and use it before you touch any piece of equipment. but you don't have to go the the gym to get the moderate amount of exercise you want. a good cardio walk around the block if possible. then go home and rest. eat if you are hungry. your body will tell you what you need.
