How often do you use the word "Fortnight"? (For those of you who don't know what that means, I recommend that you pick up a dictionary and enlighten yourselves.)

The last time I used that word was about 31 years ago in high school.

Regularly - at least once a fortnight - well probably more often than that - depends on how often I am arranging to meet someone.

Do people really need to look that up? I use it any time I need to say a period of two weeks in a sentence.

lol. if someone didnt know what fortnight meant then good luck to them to know enlighten! not that often i prefer to mention things in weeks or use a date rather than fortnight.

Not so much as i would have done in the past. Now I would usually say " In a couple of weeks". It is a derivative of fourteen nights.
