I had this classmate that was late to class one day. Teacher's all like, "How come you're late?" "I left my Chapstick!" "Oh! So Chapstick is more important than class?!" "Yeah, totally!" Teacher was pissed after that... man, i couldn't believe how addicted to chapstick she was...

Personally, I'm glad women take care of their lips with blams etc. Keeps them nice and soft for kissing! :)
-
I'm not obsessed with lip balms and chap stick, but I don't think that there is anything wrong with taking care of your lips when they get chapped.
-
no, they keep your lips smoothe and healthy... why they wear lip GLOSS I don;t get, it looks like they have some brain damage which makes them drool.
-
It could be that the smell is under their noses.
-
I do have a lipgloss addiction. I like to change my lip gloss with my mood.
-
thats not true! there are plenty of lip balms that smell and taste good[although i dont usually taste them before i buy]. plus they keep our lips soft and supple. im sure you wouldint mind being kissed by soft lips.
-
For tis' the will of God for Women to wear such things, can you not see, that it is meant as a test for men.
-
you can actually become "addicted" to them. After you use them for a long time your lips stop producing the natural moisture, so you have to use it to keep them from getting chapped. Please ladys quit now!! the only safe one is burts bees because its not made with the same stuff
-
I only use them when it's very cold outside. If I don't then my lips get chapped and painful. I couldn't kiss for 3 days last time they were chapped and I just can't have that. Lol.
-
I am totally obsessed with lip balms - there is one called cinnabon that tastes amazing and makes your lips tingle.
-
That's too bad you don't like them. Good luck. Well, it's better than having chapped, flaky lips that are dry and uncomfortable.
-
Guys! You're missing the point. It's suppose to make our lips look seductive. But if you don't then maybe we're the ones missing the point.

Human lips are weirdly everted. Most other primates hide their lips inside to protect them from the elements. Humans, however, are a highly sexual species, evolved to use sex as the social glue to hold the tribe together. Humans have, kilo for kilo, the largest penis of any primate, far larger than anything required for simple reproduction. Likewise, humans are the only primates which are constantly in estrus, and one of only three species (the others being dolphins and bonobo monkeys) which use sex for recreation rather than reproduction. The everted human lips make for good tactile sexual pleasure, but they are also highly vulnerable to harm. It's entirely natural for humans to grease their lips to protect them. People who live in arctic climates will often smear animal fat over their entire face for that very reason. While I share your skepticism of the cosmetics industry, I think lip balm is probably a valid product.

Chap sticks and lip balms are a necessity in dry weather conditions where lips tend to dry out and crack. No amount of saliva can give relief. This painful condition can be relieved only by applying chap stick or lip balm, I have found. However I will not pass any judgment about choice of colors for lipsticks.

maybe its a hint
