They say if you are drinking, more mosquitoes are attracted to you because of the alcohol. However, it is actually the carbon dioxide that attracts mosquitoes.

mosquitoes will are attracted to men more than women, but I can't see that that would qualify as 'sweet skin'! :-)

It is the carbon dioxide in oyur exhale that attracts the mosquito. I have often wondered if it would be possible to make a mouthwash that masked the carbon dioxide. Some of you smart young people need to get on that. These skeeters and no-see-ums are eatin' me up.
