  • Water mostly.. My girlfreind and I use them to clean ourselves out before i either take her Analy or she takes me with a strap on. You can also use a slight (very slight) soap/water mixture to help "Clean". Also make sure the water isnt too warm or to cold as that can be painfull when injecting.
  • I just use warm water. I've heard of coffee enemas though, wow, and soap. I think I'd be scared to try anything other than water.
  • Generally just water. If you google a search look for enema recipies. Everything imaginable. Some people are into using a water and baking soda which is very soothing. Then they follow with a vinigar enema and the real fun begins. Loads of cramps. Now this might be fun for women to use on a guy. I'm thinking the experience as close as a guy will ever be able to relate to menstural cramps. One thing never to use though is anything containing alcohol. An enema allows the alcohol to have three to four times the effect of drinking it. And it's in your blood much faster. Unlike drinking too muck, you cant puke the excess if you over do it. And there have been quite a number of people die that way. My guess is that a can of beer that way might have the effect of a six pack. I suppose most are using it as a cheap way to get drunk. But it's really dangerous. My bet is just buy something like a Fleet enema. I think they're about 8 ounces and everything you need. With other means you may be inclined to use way too much. Enemas tend to be good to flush out gas and things causing dirrehea. I think plain yogurt with water in an enema will place good digestive bacteria in there.
  • I enjoy receiving an enema monthly. More often if I am coming down with a bad cold or the flu. I find it more relaxing than sexual. I alternate between coffee enemas [warm, not hot] and plain water. Usually I'll do the following series: 1. coffee 2. plain warm water 3. plain warm water.
