Where exactly in the Quran does it mention that a muslim woman cannot marry a non-Muslim man?

HQ 2:221 instructs Muslims to “give not your daughters in marriage to idolaters till they believe” while a similar message emerges from HQ 60:10 which is primarily giving advice on whether or not to give back to the disbelievers their runaway women. The women may be claiming to be Muslims just to be allowed to stay. It says “O ye who believe! When (those claiming to be) believing women come unto you as fugitives, examine (question) them. Allah is best aware of their faith. Then, if ye know them for true believers, send them not back unto the disbelievers. They are not lawful for the disbelievers, nor are the disbelievers lawful for them.”

Anti-Semantic - A Posteriori, yes I know the answer to my question I just want other Muslims to research and think. I'm going to do what I feel is right regardless.
