Absolutely!!!! Love making my own blue cheese anything, stuffing it inside hamburger patties, putting it on top of pizza, all sorts of places. And it's weird but until I was in my late 20s I hated any kind of cheese except cream cheese. You couldn't get me near it. Imagine! No pizza ever passed these lips till then. But once I changed, WOW! Did I ever change. Can't keep me away from the stuff :-)

You betcha I do. My favorite are the chunky ones with large pieces of blue cheese. It also makes a great dip for raw veggies. I make salad dressing with cider apple vinegar, canola oil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and then add chunks of either blue cheese or feta...really good! :) I have some homemade dressing with chunks of blue cheese in the fridge right now! :)
