I would feel flattered, but wary since a couple of minutes is a very short time for someone to respond with such a strong statement of love.

I would be speechless! Its not something 99.9% of people would say. Its a nice thought, though!

I would think their idea of loving me was different from my idea of loving someone. I would also choose to accept their statement to mean something along the lines of "I saw your kindness and humanity and I feel connected to you in a warm and loving way". Unless they also asked for my phone number and then I would feel like throwing up.
