  • I would imagine that since actual Oxygen Bars exist, it couldn't be illegal to supply a little extra oxygen to anyone. However, surely they would be somehow legally obligated to let the public know of such change..perhaps just with a sign on the door..just so the people coming in realize that their odds may be slightly less in their favor than previously. www.oxygenbars.com
  • There's nothing illegal about improving the air quality. Hey it's healthier for you at casinos; let's make it illegal and make them pump in carbon dioxide. That has as much chance of flying as an Emu with a plane ticket.
  • No different than the lack of windows or clocks. They're messing with your head and circadian rhythm there and that is probably much more harmful to you.
  • sounds like an urban legend to me. with the size of the facility and the building not being air tight the amount of oxygen needed would be huge! if you see no large tanks on casino property marked "danger, no smoking within 50 feet oxygen (or it may say liquid oxygen or lox) then they obviousely aren't pumping o2 into the place. yeah, it's a myth, casino operators aren't going to go to that great of an expense to do that. oxygen and oxygen systems are not cheap, just ask a patient on o2 ;)
