  • You most likely burnt up fatty tissue and best keep that off anyway as suggested already. Support muscle nutrition and growth with a protein shake and low glycemic carbs an hour before a workout, and a protein shake made with high glycemic carbs (grape juice) immediately after. Then have a normal balanced meal within two hours. Also eat more often with protein snacks between meals and before bed (hot milk/choc); no longer than 3 hours without food except while sleeping. Breakfast asap after waking. Spread out your calories.
