Where is the fuse for the lighter in a 1997 rover 618si?

The cig lighter fuse is Fuse 11 (15 amp) in the fusebox located in the driver's footwell, just behind the bonnet release catch. Fuse 11 is located on the top row of fuses, second from the right. This info from Rover 600 Series handbook published 1997.
