• Because I feel i have to wash the soap and dead skin off. I cannot lay in a bath. my husband used to regularly fall asleep in the bath i cannot understand that.:)

• Exactly. I still have the book, a paperback. It's called "Lord of Chaos" by Robert Jordan, and is 1,010 pages long. And 4.5" thick, after its bath, LOL.

• yeah that's what a lot of people call them, although not very openly. it's normally just the term applied to the groups by new members who find the friendship between certain ABers to be silly, irrational, and exclusive. which i don't find it to be at all. i don't know if you know this, but Stableboy even did an experiment to see if this was true by creating a new account called Tormato and trying to see if there was any exclusion toward new members. he didn't find any at all. but i guess to some it might seem that way. i never noticed it, people were always nice to me when i was starting out here. :)

• Yes, people were always nice to me. There may be some exclusion because the new ABers just don't know how to communicate properly. They may not have the right sense of what is acceptable or normal in this type of community. Yes, sometimes it bothers me, but I try to accept everyone with open arms.

• yes. that might be true. some people i think come from places like Yahoo answers which have very different rules and expectations from us. as i recall the first conversation i had on AB was with The Trotskyist Pantaloons (now called Skhalinski-Please excuse my Islam) and with Some.Random.Person. they were both amazingly kind to me and we had a very long comment thread about means of causing pain involving giant noodles.
