    first off bluetooth relies on hardware. you cant just delete hardware. if its build onto the motherboard see if its recognized in device manager. (right click on my computer, properties then device manager) do you see a yellow "!" if yes all you need to do is uninstall then reinstall the device driver usually found on the manufacturers website or the bluetooth device website.
