  • The only thing I go to wal-mart for is my oil change which I just had done, so I wouldn't make a huge impact. sorry. But I would join in if I did shop there! :-D
  • not a problem as I do not shop there and have not been in a Walmart in the past 7 years. And have no desire to go back.
  • HMM, I fell in WalMart about four months ago. I filled out an accident report and let it go. A week later I was contacted by WalMart's attorney to check on my medical bills. This that and the other went on and I never filed suit. Two weeks ago I received a check for 2300.00 in the mail hoping that would pay any medical problems/office visits upcoming. I have not been to the doctor, I am perfectly OK and I ride my horse daily. WalMart was more than good to me.
  • I don't buy clothes or grocery items there so I'm 1/2 way there. It's just that they're everywhere and that convenience is an issue. I will try to get my other items at other stores if at all possible. I hate all the mass of people that congregate there. It's like a zombie convention.
  • Yes, no problem. Good job theres no Walmarts in England huh?!
  • To boycott, I would have to shop there to begin with. I avoid Wal-Mart (I did buy some socks there years ago, but it was last minute travel, and it was the only place I could find in Oklahoma City after I landed). Let's say that I have already boycotted them. for many reasons. Actually, all of my friends avoid Wal-Mart. So there are at least a dozen people you can add to your list.
  • I don't really shop there anyway.
  • I already do. Hope your neck is ok.
  • I always steer clear of huge places like that ...they drive out local shops and kill of competition....shame you lost your case ...sorry
  • No, your win would've been your own. So your loss as well.
  • Most certainly just for you sl :o)
  • I know that was there motive, the thing is I was not hurt at all. I went to the doctor three days later, totally unrelated to the fall and the doctor asked about the brusie on my leg. I told him what happened and he suggested turning in the accident report to my insurance, which I did not want to do. But the doctor did. I guess my insurance got with WallyWorld and something happened that I had no knowledge of and I got the check. Not really needing it, I did donate 1000.00 of it to a Womens Battered Shelter I work for and some to an Animal Rescue Group.
  • you bet I will ;)
  • Have already!!! Along with my 12 brothers and sisters and their friends and family. Doing what I can because of my accident that occurred while shopping at Walmart.
