I'm not quite sure what you mean here, but I'm going to take a stab at guessing what you are trying to ask. "If you do not believe in god, then everything [that] happens to you should be taken logically by you [using] any principle such as action-reaction. Then, still thinking logically, it makes you nervous when things are not in your way. Why is this?" This still doesn't make much sense. Why should your belief in the existence or nonexistence of any deity mean you aren't nervous when things are not in your way? I don't know anyone who gets nervous about a lack of obstacles in his/her path.
