It happens very rarely to me. I've heard of people having this problem quite often. To them, I say get in the habit of highlighting your entire question and copying it before hitting submit, so if it vanishes you can go back, paste, and resubmit.

lol...lol join the club ...its so frustrating when it happens and it was a great reply and then nothing... so you try again ...and again ggrrrrr....lol

It happens to me once in awhile. I should learn to open a text window, type there first, and then copy and paste the answer here.

It's happened to me many times in the past, but not too often now. One thing I started doing was copying my longer answers into Notepad in case the answer/comment disappeared.

Yes, and here is the solution. I've found that if I try to comment and leave anything less than 200 or so characters, it will NEVER post. It may be slightly less than 200, but not much more. So, what I do is write the comment, then highlight and cut the bottom half off and put my cursor over the peice that's left and make sure I have 300 or so characters left. I then submit the comment, hit edit, paste in the rest of it and submit. Works every time. :)

It sometimes happens to me.

Plenty of times...which is why I copy all of my comments before I submit them.

It happens for one reason or the other. I open several windows of AB and if it starts I leave to another window and let the original take it's course.

These days comments hate me. I can't see them half of the time. They don't POST half of the time. When they do, they don't show until I refresh the page. I can't 'show all comments' anymore. I feel like I'm missing out on gossip and I hate it.

Yes too many times to count. I try to remember if it is a very long answer or comment to paste it into another place before I post. That at least saves me having to write it all over again.
