    Never heard of it. Chances are that it was renamed for some reason. My suggestion would be this, if you recieved it expecting it to be a video file, try renaming the file extension as an .avi, .mpeg etc etc then open it. If it was expected to be an ISO or 'image' of a CD/DVD, I would suggest renaming the extension as .iso, .nrg (nero image) etc
