I want to have a tattoo covered. Its all black. Can I get a black tribal or will the other tat show through it?

Tat questions make me wonder what has happened to our brains. Is the human race going feeble minded? Getting a tattoo is like saying your original Rembrandt painting needs a touch up, so you hire a 12 year old to add some paint to it.

A tribal should cover it ok, any decent tatoo artist will be able to tell you your options :-)

You will need to find a skilled artist who knows what they are doing as far as "cover ups". Just find a neutral design that you will be happy with until you die.
