It's gotta be small because some topics touch you in a way that you can't resist answering!

Also if you never get any points yourself the amount of points you can give to an answer that you may consider very good will always remain on the minimum level. So i would say almost negligable

As I look through the questions I will rate answers at times and not post one myself as I may feel the question has been answered already by others and my input would simply be a repeat of their answers. I will post a comment though.
