If it is uncertified, it's not worth very much. If it's smeared, that makes it worth less. Nowadays, people are wary about buying uncertified autographs because of the amount that are forged. If you think it's worth it, I would suggest getting the autograph authenticated and perhaps graded if it's in good enough condition.
