Help answer this question below.

The question I mentioned before 'him' is my husband . I want to get out from my marriage . We signed marriaget certificate on Aug.2007 in BC. But our marriage wasn't a good one . and we slept separately.how could i prove we never have sex, get annulment?

It does not matter that you had sex or not. Annulment is ONLY available in BC for an invalid marriage. Thus, unless you can prove that you are your husbands sister (or the like), or that one of you is already married, you most likely have to get a divorce.
