The problem is is that there are none fulfilled! The Mormon religion is NOT "Christian" but a cult.Joseph Smith never had a one fulfilled. He said that a temple would be built in Independance, Missouri in the current generation, and still 70 years later it has not come true! There are numerous more that space will not permit me to name. The mormon people need to look up the definition of "cult" and then maybe their eyes will be opened! God gave us one bible and it alone is sufficient!?

My brother gave a link to a list of Joseph Smith's prophecies that have been fulfilled. What follows a number of prophecies from Heber C. Kimball and one from Brigham Young. The Name of Brigham Young is should be fairly well known to anyone who has studied LDS History. He was the Second President of the Church. So, let me tell you a little bit about Heber C. Kimball before I start in on the prophecies. Kimball was a close friend of Brigham Young from before either of them had ever heard of the Church. Kimball was baptized in 1832 and was ordain an Apostle on 14 February 1835. In the winter of 1847, when Brigham Young was set apart as President of the Church, Kimball was set apart as one of his Councilors. In April 1836 Heber C. Kimball gave Parley P. Pratt (an other Apostle) the following prophetic blessing: "Brother Parley, thy wife shall be healed from this hour, and shall bear a son, and his name shall be Parley; and he shall be a chosen instrument in the hands of the Lord to inherit the priesthood and to walk in the steps of his father. He shall do a great work in the earth in ministering the Word and teaching the children of men. Arise, therefore, and go forth in the ministry, nothing doubting... "Thou shalt go to Upper Canada, even to the city of Toronto, the capital, and there thou shalt find a people prepared for the fulness of the gospel, and they shall receive thee, and thou shalt organize the Church among them, and it shall spread thence into the regions round about, and many shall be brought to the knowledge of the truth and shall be filled with joy; and from the things growing out of this mission, shall the fulness of the gospel spread into England, and cause a great work to be done in that land...." Thankful Pratt (Parley's wife) had been ill with what they called consumption for over ten years. As a result of this, they had had no children to this point. Parley left for the mission shortly after receiving the above blessing. In Toronto, he found a group of people that were meeting for their own Bible study and who recognized that none of the religions they knew about were correct. Pratt started preaching to this group and made numerous converts among them. Three of these converts (John Taylor and Mary and Joseph Fielding) would be very important to the Church. John Taylor would eventually become the third President if the Church. Mary Fielding would eventually marry Hyrum Smith and become the mother and grandmother of two other Presidents of the Church (Joseph F. Smith and Joseph Fielding Smith respectively). Most important to our tail right now is Mary's brother Joseph. Both Mary and Joseph were recent emigrants from England and they still had contacts and family over there. Joseph Fielding was called as one of the first missionaries sent to England where he played a key roll in opening up the work in that nation. This fulfilled the second part of the prophecy. Additionally, Thankful Pratt was healed as promised and spent time with her husband in Canada. After which they both returned again to Kirtland, Ohio, where Thankful gave birth to their son Parley on 25 March 1837. (All of this comes from the "Autobiography of Parley P. Pratt".) The following comes the journal of Aroet Lucious Hale (this appears to have occurred in 1848): "I will here relate a prophecy of President Kimball upon my head. I was taken sick before my father, with the ague and fever shock about two hours in the forenoon and a burning fever in the afternoon. I was not able to take care of myself. Brother Kimball came into the tent where I was laying on the bed. He said, 'Aroet, where are your cattle that your father moved into this camp with?' Father nor me has seen an ox or cow for two weeks. Says he, 'Aroet, if you will get up tomorrow morning and go and hunt cattle enough to move your wagons out of this camp, up to Winter Quarters, you never shall have another ague shake as long as you live.' I tried to make some excuse but no good. Some of the brethren and sisters had gathered around the tent door, hearing them talk to me. Said he, 'Will you go?' I said, 'I will try to go.'" Hale then went on to relate his adventures in searching for the cattle and testified that, as of his recording, of this incident he had not ever suffered from another Ague shake. He closes this testimony with, "I then and there bore my testimony that if there ever was a prophet of God on this earth, that President Heber C. Kimball was one." (http://www.boap.org/LDS/Early-Saints/AHale.html) Later that year, Hale recorded another prophecy by Heber C. Kimball that has also been mentioned by other sources this one was given late in 1848. I will quote from one of these other sources: "Such exchanges fulfilled a prophecy by Heber C. Kimball, who had just returned to the valley in the fall of 1848. Brigham Young's first counselor no doubt startled his congregation by declaring that 'within a short time, states goods would be sold cheaper in the streets of Salt Lake City than in New York, and the people would be abundantly supplied with food and clothing.' According to Kimball's biography, Charles C. Rich, who was present for Kimball's speech, commented that he did not believe a word of it, and even Kimball himself turned to the others on the rostrum when he returned to his seat and confided, 'I'm afraid that I missed it that time.'" (http://www.signaturebookslibrary.org/EstZion/zionch3.htm) Gold had been discovered at Sutter's Mill in January of that year and there was a significant amount of interest in moving on to the gold digs of California and a certain amount of grumbling about the lack of manufactured goods in the Salt Lake Valley. (They had only been there for about a year to that point.) A few months after this, prophecy was given the 49's started streaming through the Salt Lake Valley on their way to California. They sold surplus possession to the Saints at cut-rate prices so that they could lighten their loads and travel faster. Additionally, merchants with wagon trains full of merchandise coming through the valley received word that others had brought merchandise by ship around South America to San Francisco. So, they too started dumping their goods in Salt Lake City. The net result of this was that the people of Salt Lake City were able to get most products for 50% less than they would have paid in eastern cities. In connection with this, Brigham Young had given a prophecy that those Latter-day Saints that wanted to go to California to look for gold warning that those that went would not prosper to anywhere near the same extent as those that stayed in the Valley. This too proved accurate. History shows us that, as a general rule, the prospectors did not get rich. Because of the high price of supplies and goods in the mining camps and boomtowns, the prospectors were lucky to break even. On the other hand, in addition to the great deals on goods that the folks in Utah got from California bound wagon trains, they also did a very good business selling supplies and fresh draft animals to the same wagon trains. So, by far, those that stayed in Utah did better than those that went to California. So, here are some additional prophecies by other Church leaders that have also come true. There are a number of prophecies that have not yet been fulfilled, but I have faith that in time they all will be.

Matt.7 [15] Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Matt.24 [11] And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. [24] For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Luke.6 [26] Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets. 1John.4 [1] Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
