No. Otherwise your boobs could get repossessed;)

No, I don't think it is. I know many people with things tattooed on their body that could be considered a registered trademark. Who's gonna know?

Copyrights usually apply when you are using the image for profit, so I would say no....but...it never hurts to be safe. If you strip for money and the image is thus revealed....there is a gray area here! LOL! I would check with an attorney just in case.

Yes it is illegal. Would you get sued for it? Probably only if you were a television star and regularly displayed it.
-
I'd say that.. it was advertisement.

Honestly, this is a tough one. I think if you look at copyright law, and take it completely literally, then, yes, getting a tattoo of a copyrighted image could constitute copyright infringement. For the purpose of copyright law, you've made a "copy" when you reproduce a work in any tangible medium. I think a tattoo meets this definition. I've heard of tattoo artists suing other tattoo artists for copyright infringement(and, in at least one case, a tattoo artists sued a maker of temporary tattoos for copying his designs. He won, and the court specifically noted that there's nothing special about tattoos that prevents them from being covered by copyright law). So, from a legal standpoint, it's perfectly possible for a tattoo of a copyrighted image to constitute copyright infringement. I'd say your chances of getting sued for it are very slim, however.
