  • check all hoses and connections from the turbo,to the charge air cooler.have the charge air cooler pressure tested. thats a good place to start. also,check the fuel pressure check valve.its under the valve cover at the rear of the engine.you can remove it and drill it outand replace it but i cannot remember what size drill bit to use... good luck..
  • It's possible that the injectors were not calibrated to the ECM or the injector height was not set with the new install. Check to be sure these things were done.
