No, I don't. If I had to place or answer a call I would find a safe place to pull over. I have nearly been hit several times in the past few years due to people being on their phone. It is even worse to see people 'texting' while driving (even when merging onto the highway!?). It should be made illegal. I know many people who are great drivers and don't think it affects their driving, but I believe it actually does and makes the roads unsafe for all.
