I think there is a bias on Answerbag. I think people don't answer my questions b/c they don't like me on here. Is there a bias on AB?

You think people are personally biased against you? Why would they be? Have you committed some terrible crime? I don't know you, but I'm guessing that if you're not getting answers to your questions, those questions aren't catching the eyes and attention of the community. Mostly what drives this is whether or not people are interested in those questions. There's also a timing element -- if you mostly post during times when the population is thin, that will affect the result. It's unlikely that there's a community bias against you personally.

You just didn't read the AB manual. It says specifically: Give as much attention as you can to everyone except for KYjaak.

Just like day to day life, there will be some level of bias. Be it based on the way the question is phrased, the type of question, your history of interacting with others. I don't recall having conversed with you, so it could be that you are new, you've asked odd questions, etc. AB is like interacting with real people, because you are.

I don't even know who you are. Besides I rarely look at the asker before answering there questions.

Once a question gets answered people no longer can tell who the asker is, only who answered it last. If I click on a question it's because I want to answer it, am interested in it or the answers. So it doesn't matter to me who is asking. Why would it? If people aren't answering, it must be because you aren't crafting your questions well enough to attract people who can answer them or your questions are too difficult or needing exact answers, like where is the fuse box on my 85 Nissan. Give it time. I don't think anyone here has it in for you or other newer members. We like new people with fresh questions. This community thrives on it:-)

Sounds like a persecution complex or paranoia to me. Lighten up, go with the flow and just enjoy life. As good guestions and participate by giving good answers.

If you are asking good and helpful questions you will get responses , the question goes around again and again
