Not I, but I'm just not a chocolate type person. I read an article recently about why some people find it addictive and others don't. Something about brain chemicals.

I love chocolate, but it doesn't help me when I am stressed... the only thing that kills stress for me is cooking. When I cook I am totally in control of my surroundings and the outcome of my work. That is a comforting feeling.

Yep, chocolate does seem to help a bit when I'm stressed or down. Just good ol', plain milk Cadbury's...

Only while I am eating it but then talking helps better...if I can find someone willing to listen.

Eating chocolate makes me feel better no matter what. Yes, I do feel better after eating a dark chocolate Dove bar.

Eating anything I like helps me feel better when I am stressed. Sugar gives you a quick rush with a let down afterwards. Chocolate has some chemicals that can promote feelings of well being. Dark chocolate is good for you in moderation because of its high concentration of anti oxidants.
-
No, but drinking beer sure does.
-
Nah. It makes me feel FATTER when I'm stressed. :|
